I haven’t noticed any ill effects with taking this product, but can’t get past the intense, lingering bitter taste. I take a number of powdered supplements, and find it convenient for ones taken together to make a blend to measure out one portion of the blend. I am used to various flavors from different powdered supplements, but have never experienced anything so foul. Good luck, but I won’t be continuing with Bacopa in powdered form.

I add this to my coffee. I’ve worked out that 1/8th of a teaspoon is the right dose for me. I weigh ~200 LBS. Your mileage may vary and at the very least you need measuring spoons to measure this product as it is highly concentrated.
That being said, it does have a good stimulant effect which is not caffeine. I know this because I drink a lot of coffee. It has a slow kick but it does work and it does make my cognitive functions work better.
The flavor is okay. It tastes like over sauteed or browned onions. It mixes well with coffee.
Personally, I take 1/8th teaspoon measure of this product with Bulksuppliments Ginseng 1/8th teaspoon measure with my morning coffee. It takes it’s time to kick in but it is great.

It’s so bitter, it destroys anything I mix it into. And the nausea is horrendous. I think maybe this supplement just isn’t for me. It was recommended to help elevate dopamine levels, but I just feel general malaise after taking it. the taste, the nausea and lethargy are just too much.

It’s a little bitter so I mix it into smoothies. My mood has improved so it may have something to do with the Bacopa. But overall it’s a good value considering the amount that’s in the package.

Mental capacity is greatly enhanced when I take this product as recommended. Bitter taste, but worth it! I am also giving it to my 90-year-old mother who is suffering from age related reduced cognition. She is acting more alert and feels overall much better. I also have her on shilajit and lions mane.

I’ve purchased BulkSupplements’ products in the past and have never had an issue with them. I trust the quality of their products. Buying supplements from BulkSupplements has saved me thousands of dollars over the years because I can constitute for mere pennies what the commercial companies charge huge dollars for the convenience of putting these supplements into gelatin capsules. It costs me from three to six dollars for a months supply of mixed supplements that, in commercial form in capsules, was costing me over fifty dollars.
