I had first taken this for days and didn’t notice much of a difference. I was close to leaving this a poor review for effectiveness, but that soon changed, so you got to give this a good couple of weeks experimenting to really assess how it works. You can’t necessarily try it once and expect mind-blowing results. It was only when I stopped taking it that I realized it had been working. It’s that subtle for me. When I stopped taking it, I was so tired all day and caffeine wasn’t doing anything. Then I thought, “Tomorrow I’m going to try that Haritaki stuff again because I didn’t feel this tired on it.”
I went back to taking it and I had more energy throughout the day. It’s just that subtle that I only notice the lack of energy on the days I don’t take it. Because the energy given isn’t something mind-blowing like an espresso shot or red bull. It’s more like a clearer mind kind of energy. In that respect, it gives me more clarity and gives me a pleasant feeling where I’m not in a bad mood, I’m simply content. Therefore, this is probably good for meditation or if you’re going for a walk in nature somewhere. It also helps me with a clearer mind for work when focus is needed. I’ve taken 1/8 in the morning, then later in the afternoon I go to the gym and I feel on fire. It seems to take hours before I really start to notice the changes in my body.
I’d start small with 1/8 teaspoon first to assess your reaction and tolerance, then the next day if you’re fine with that raise it to the 1/4 recommended. This dissolves best in hot water, which you have to stir vigorously to break it up. Taste wasn’t anything to write home about, but also wasn’t as bad as some said. Maybe because I added honey to it or put it in a tea to drown the taste. Or because I’m used to taking healthy products that lack in taste. If you want sugar, get a coke. I would recommend drinking tons of water with this or make sure you’re hydrated as it might make you dehydrated. Take that as a clue to drink water.
I didn’t have the negative side effects that others commented on such as nausea, vomiting or having to constantly go to the bathroom. I can’t speak for their physical body chemistry or why they’d experience that, but everyone is different. I’ve always been into healthy products and nutrition for decades. I also watch what I eat. And I work out several times a week with cardio and weights. So the clearing for me is like any other day with this stuff. There probably just wasn’t that much in the way of toxins in my body because of that. I suspect those that had massive negative reactions may have been filled to the brim with toxins that needed to be eliminated. Take a look at your diet and what you typically consume as well too.
Our bodies and physical chemistry are all different from one another so we will all react differently to a supplement or substance. This may or may not work for you, so it’s just a matter of choosing to take the risk in trying it for a couple weeks or not.

The most recent thing I tried was this Haritaki powder. It is clean and good quality, but apparently some people don’t do well with Haritaki, something I didn’t know until i tried it. I seem able to take Triphala without issue but the straight Haritaki was too strong for my taste buds and stomach, or something. It’s a wonderful herb to use, but has a very strong bitter taste so you may want to put it into veg caps rather than drinking it down as loose powder.

I write this not to cause fear but only to bring awareness and share my experience.
I made a tea with 1/4 tsp in 12oz of water for a month and then increased it to 1/2tsp in 12oz of water for another month. I experienced beautiful and super vivid dreams. Beautiful visuals during meditation as well as just before waking up in the mornings. However I also experienced quite a bit of anxiety. I did not realize it was related to the tea I making until I had been drinking the tea for almost 60 days. I stopped taking it and I began to feel better about 2 weeks after I stopped. T
Again this is a high quality herb. I will try taking it again at some point and maybe keep the dose at 1/4 tsp or less per day.

I’m not an expert or anything but I’m not sure if this is real haritaki. I’m only saying this because i don’t believe powdered forms of food/herbs are the real thing they’re giving us🙄. But when i put this in my smoothie it do give me energy and i do have vivid dreams ( but that depends on the individual and their health). But other than that i don’t see why not to buy it and give it a test for yourself🧙🏾♂️🧝🏾♀️

I’m only on day two of using this. It does make you a tad bit nauseous, but nothing to dramatic, and definitely cleaned out my pipes aka had to sit on the toilet for a bit.
I read reviews before purchasing, and yes it’s absolutely vile tasting if you drink it straight!
I mix it with Matcha powder and sugar free lemonade, and drink it from a straw and there is 0 taste!
Anyway I take sleeping pills every night to go to bed, the first night I took this powder I decided to opt out of my sleeping pills, and slept just fine! Excited for this journey!
UPDATE: I love haritaki! I have been sleeping better then ever, having vivid dreams, and going to the bathroom more regularly. I am constantly tired and lack energy, and I have definitely seen a boost in energy, and a lot more focus in the gym. Will continue to take this daily.

I initially ordered this product to help with dark circles around my eyes since I couldn’t get the actual fruit. Then I read the other benefits of actually taking haritaki.
It smells like dirt, it’s not as overbearing as some ppl make it out to be, the taste is not great and to me not overbearing.
The first day I took a 1/4 tsp and placed in my mouth then sip a bit of water, the second day I decided to mix it with the water then drink it..5-10 mins after I was in the toilet, 15 mins after I was throwing up like crazy. This is my third day now and I resort to using it like how I did on the first day.

The product arrived on a timely manner. It looks exactly like advertised. The only issue i have with this product is that instructions are vague and unclear. The package says suggested use is “1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon with warm water”. This leaves it open to interpretation so i don’t know if i did it right. Do i mix it with water or chase it with water. How much water? etc. I read some reviews so i chose to mix it in about 8 to 16 ounces of water. The taste is bitter but not something out of this world. It is doable. If you ever wonder what mud water tastes like, this is it. After taking it, about an hour or so, you get the desire to use the bathroom. I like it because its not painful or forced like a laxative. It feels normal. For me, it was a one time bathroom use and it was a full clean out if you know what i mean. Not loose stool or diarrhea. The plus side to this is you feel empty after. Like fully relieved and evacuated. The downfall for me is that after three days it stopped working. It didn’t make me go. Again, the seller really needs to explain how to take this. Maybe i did it wrong. Lastly, the lucid dream aspect is true to an extent. I always lucid dream, almost daily but while taking this it was amplified. However, my family member also tried it and didn’t get any dreams. So i am not sure if it works only if you already lucid dream. Overall good purchase.
