Wonderful and hard to find.
¯\_(ツ)_/¯ –
Will adjust this review later as I’ve just started using this, but on day 2 – I’m noticing a much fuller, comfortable breathing capacity that is noticeable by running up stairs with less fatigue at the top. I also noticed a crazy level of improvement in smell and taste.
My issue has been ultra sticky mucus that is often hard to clear without a Mucinex type product (which helps only a bit). Decreased breathing capacity is so bad sometimes that it can keep me up all night and make me less willing to eat full meals to reduce any added pressure of a full stomach on the lungs.
I’m trying to temper my excitement as its a new thing, but my symptoms relented by A LOT suddenly so fingers crossed that it’s not a coincidence that I’m feeling better than I have in a very long time.
I haven’t yet read up on the finer points of how this might be working but gave it a go based on general safety from side effects.
NOT MEDICAL ADVICE, just my own experience review.

Gymnema sylvestre is a multi-talented herbal supplement that can help you maintain healthy glucose levels by blocking the amount of sugar your body absorbs from carbohydrates. It may also help lower your sugar cravings and is being researched in helping the insulin resistant factors in PCOS. Because I have PCOS and known to be insulin resistant, I take this with meals that contain carbohydrates. I have been able to maintain a normal Hgb A1C for several years now, even when not being 100% perfect on my diet and I credit my use of herbal supplements, including this, berberine, cinnamon and/or chromium. They each have different mechanisms, so I’ve never had any issues with using more than one at the same time, either. Keep in mind, I do eat a much healthier diet than I used to, also. I don’t recommend scarfing down a cinnamon roll (*drool* cinnamon rolls!) and expecting a pill to completely control the damage! 😉
I will caution anyone to check with your doctor if you wish to mix this with prescription medications, though, like Metformin. I am quite happy to have weaned off my Metformin a couple of years ago and now manage my symptoms more naturally. I urge anyone who wishes to do the same to do so under the guidance of a trusted healthcare provider.

helps curb sugar desire.
I am not diabetic but I am a sugar addict. I’m the kind of person that when i think of icing on cake or cookies, i start salivating and can taste the dessert before it’s in the room. I don’t have the willpower to stop at one (or two) cookies. Before the dessert is even near, my body starts reacting to that sugar like it’s already in me and i can’t get enough of it once it’s in front of me. What this product has done for me is take away that salivating and desire. This product hasn’t changed the flavor/taste of the sweet food, but for me, I am not craving it because it seems to have taken away that pre-anticipatory desire/salivating. I have a ton of leftover halloween candy and not interested in it. I read somewhere not to take this product for more than 20 months. I’m curious of any long term impacts. I’m in month two of taking this and so far, it’s helping me control what I haven’t been able to control for 44 years…impulse and uncontrollable sugar consumption.

I love my Ivy Leaf extract, I always use this when I have a cough. I also use olive leaf extract in my teas along with taking this powder so it can help with any mucous or respiratory issue that may come along with a cold or flu.

Great Quality and Potency – A Must for Blood Sugar Control.
This turned out to be a great standardized Gymnema Extract. Gymnema is a must for anyone trying to balance blood sugar. It is especially good for anyone who has been told they are “pre-diabetic” or “insulin resistant.” Gymnema is specific for supporting the pancreas (the “birthplace” of diabetes). It helps to stimulate insulin release in the pancreas, and has been shown to help repair and regenerate the beta cells in the pancreas that produce insulin. It has also been shown to slow the transport of glucose from the intestines to the bloodstream. This, in turn, helps to lower blood sugar and lower hemoglobin A1c. Gymnema sylvestre has been shown to not only suppress the elevation of blood sugar, but also has the unusual ability of helping to regenerate pancreatic cells in both animals and humans. PLEASE: if you are on insulin or other prescription insulin controlling medications, monitor yourself very closely and work with your doctor to adjust medication levels.
